At the core of my coaching approach is helping you thrive by setting goals, developing effective strategies, becoming more organized, and helping you create concrete plans to take action to accomplish tasks and overcome hurdles. I understand that each person is unique, so I adopt a flexible yet structured approach when working with ADHD clients, tailored to your specific needs.

Here’s how our coaching journey unfolds:

  • Initial Intake Session: We’ll kick off an in-depth discovery session. This session is key as it gives us the time to dive into your journey, where you’re at now, and understand you better. This helps me figure out the best ways to support you, and sets a strong foundation for our coaching journey together.
  • Follow-Up Sessions: These sessions are all about deepening your understanding of your ADHD and the impact it has on your life. Together, we’ll explore and co-create concrete and practical strategies, habits and plans that suit your unique circumstances.
  • Between-Session Communication: Life can throw curveballs, I’m here to support you when that happens. You can reach me between sessions through quick text messages or emails. I’ll be there to offer guidance and help you get back on track.
